Those who cannot be contacted risk losing their places to players on the waiting list. If there aren’t enough coaches a lottery may be held in late July to choose as many players as can be accommodated, with special consideration for early registrants and coach’s children.

All players who have submitted signed applications and have paid the registration fee on time are guaranteed placement on a team, provided there are sufficient coaching volunteers.
Players registering after July 1 st maybe placed on a waiting list and are subject to $90.00 late registration fee.
