Last year, over 1,000 AYSO parents and volunteers participated in the Fit From The Sidelines 30 Day Step Challenge, walking nearly 25,000 miles in 30 days and inspiring their friends and family to get active.

Now, the Fit From The Sidelines 30 Day Step Challenge is back! We want to see which Region can get the most steps in 30 days.

We'll randomly choose one participant from the Region with the most steps to win a Fitness Prize Pack worth over $200! Four runner-ups from any of the participating Regions will also win a fitness tracker worth $50.
