Refund RequestAYSO's refund policy required that we receive a signed, written notice of request for refund. Requests for Refund must meet the following conditions:
a. the player has not played or practiced for the upcoming season
b. the coach was informed of your decision to not play before the first game (if assigned to a team),
c. the uniform was returned to the team coach (if issued), and
d. your refund request is submitted no later than August 30th to your community coordinator (
go to AYSO403.org for contact info)
You may contribute your refund to the AYSO scholarship fund if you desire. This fund is used by North Hawaii AYSO to support families who cannot afford to register their kids to play on a team. Contributions are tax deductible and receipt will be provided for tax purposes (AYSO is a 401 (c) (3) not-for-profiit organization.)
Please note the AYSO membership fee of $20.00 is non-refundable.
