AYSO 403 Region Refund Policy require that we receive a written notice of request for refund. Requests for refund must meet the following conditions:

A team was not available in the location of the player's preference
A player was not placed on a team due to the lack of coaches for the number of players registered
The coach / town coordinator was informed of your decision to not play before the first game
A player did not receive a uniform/practice jersey in addition to one of the above conditions

We kindly ask that you consider to contribute your refund to the AYSO scholarship fund

This fund is used by North Hawaii AYSO to support families who cannot afford to register their kids to play on a team
Contributions above $75 are tax deductible and a donation letter will be provided for tax purposes (AYSO is a 501c3 not-for-profiit organization.)

*AYSO National Annual Membership fee and transaction fee are non-refundable*

The player will remain a member for the membership year

Refund requests must be submitted via email to: [email protected]

Please include player first and last name in the email
Refunds will be issued by check or credit to the credit card used for payment
Refunds will be issued to the original submitter / payee of the registration only if the cardholder no longer has the card, a refund will be made by a check
